Our products that support scheduling use the Windows Task Scheduler to launch recordings at appropriate times. 


This error points to a problem with the Users and Groups on your computer. 


More specifically, there is a “bad” task on your computer which, when the product queries the Task Scheduler, causes the error to pop up. 


Open the Windows Task Scheduler. 

Determine what errors are given. 

Locate and remove the offending tasks. 

Consult Microsoft for more information.
